When you request a stay, this site collects your name, email, optional phone number, requested dates, guest count, pet information, and the message you provide. Your host uses these details to review your request, communicate with you, and manage the reservation.

Your private request link displays dates, booking status, price, payment instructions, and your host’s message. Keep that link private.

If you submit a review, the display name and review you choose may be published after host moderation. Property photos and published reviews are publicly visible.

When connected, Stripe processes payment information on its own checkout page, and Resend delivers reservation emails. Card details are not collected or stored by this site. The host uses ChatGPT sign-in to access the management dashboard.
